The Vipers offense too much for Lunachics in 11-5 rout

The Vipers refused to relinquish the lead after grabbing it early against Lunachics, recording an 11-5 victory on Sunday at Field two.
With 11 runs in the first three innings, the Vipers left no doubt about the eventual outcome.
An RBI single by Jackson, an RBI single by Alex, an RBI single by Joey, an RBI single by Chance, and an RBI single by Jacob during the first inning and an RBI single by Alex, an RBI single by Joey, an RBI single by Anthony, an RBI single by Chance, and an RBI single by Ian in the second inning supplied the early offense for the Vipers. The game was back-and-forth heading into the second, with five lead changes.
The Vipers were led by a flawless day at the dish by Alex, who went 3-3 against Lunachics' pitching.
Lunachics jumped out to an early 2-0 lead in the top of the first. Sammi started the rally for Lunachics with a single. A single by Emma then moved Sammi from first to second. Seiwa singled, scoring Sammi. Lunachics added more runs when Emma scored on a groundout by Emma3.
The Vipers quickly matched Lunachics' strong inning with a five-run inning of their own in the first.

Game 2

The Vipers fall to the Tigers 12-7 in spite of Ian's performance

Ian did all he could to give the Vipers a boost, but it wasn't enough to get past the Tigers, as the Vipers lost 12-7 in four innings on Wednesday.
Ian racked up three RBIs on three hits for the Vipers. He singled in the third inning and doubled in the second and fourth innings.
three, Ben and PlayerA helped lead the Tigers. They combined for seven hits and six RBIs.
The bottom of the first saw the Tigers take an early lead, 4-0. The Tigers attack began with a single from #8. A single by Riley then moved #8 from first to second. Jaden doubled, bringing home #8 and Riley. The Tigers pushed more runs across when Ben scored on an RBI single by Alejandro and Jaden scored on an RBI single by PlayerA.
The Tigers didn't relinquish the lead after scoring four runs in the third inning when they scored on a two-run double by #1 and two singles.
After pushing across three runs in the top of the fourth, the Vipers faced just a 8-7 deficit. An RBI single by Aiden, an RBI single by Alex, and an RBI double by Ian fueled the Vipers' comeback. The game went final when Jimmy struck out.
The Tigers answered the Vipers' top inning with four runs of their own in the fourth. The Tigers scored on an RBI single by three and a three-run home run by Ben.

Game 1

Joey's big day not enough, Vipers blown out 13-6 by Tigers

Joey went 3-3 at the plate, but the Vipers fell 13-6 to the Tigers at Field two on Saturday.
Joey put himself in scoring position with two extra-base hits for the Vipers. He doubled in the second and third innings and singled in the fourth inning.
The Tigers pounded the Vipers pitching, as eight hitters combined for 20 hits, 10 RBIs and 13 runs scored.
The game's last lead went to the Tigers thanks to a first inning rally that saw three runs cross the plate on a two-run double by Larry and an RBI single by Jack.
The Tigers brought home five runs in the second inning, and matched that run total in the third. In the second, the Tigers scored on an RBI single by William, bringing home Alejandro.
After pushing across one run in the bottom of the second, the Vipers faced just a 8-1 deficit. An RBI single by Anthony triggered the Vipers' comeback. Aiden grounded out to end the Vipers threat.
Five the Vipers runs crossed the plate in the bottom half of the third, making the score 13-6. An RBI single by Ian, an RBI double by Joey, an RBI single by Jacob, an RBI single by Jimmy, and an RBI single by Aiden fueled the Vipers' comeback.

Spring Training

Spring training has been going great! Opening Day is Scheduled for April 21st - the game schedule and the remainder of the uniforms will be here soon. Thank you everyone for the uniform money and the snacks - I think we are ready to roll! Keep swingin those bats!!!
